Meet Amber Benningfield, our dynamic Account Manager who keeps things creative, engaging, and always on-trend! Amber’s passion for working closely with clients to build their online personas is matched by her love for teamwork and her never-ending supply of snacks (yes, she’s the unofficial office snack fairy). With a keen eye for creating content that shines and a love for learning something new every day, Amber keeps Make Me Social intriguing with fresh ideas and vibrant energy.
What’s your typical day like?
Cup of tea. Daily calls with my content partner. Keeping up to date on any trends or updates. Responding to client messages and requests. Creating batches of content for my client. Video editing. Graphic creation. And most importantly having fun whilst working hard!
What gets you buzzing about your job?
I love being able to work with such a wide range of amazing companies. I learn something new every single day. I also love being able to represent our clients online to make them look their best and showcase their personalities.
What’s your golden nugget of wisdom for anyone navigating social media?
Be authentic and consistent. Build a genuine connection with your audience by sharing meaningful and relatable content while maintaining a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
Which social media platform gets your heart racing, and why?
Instagram — I am a sucker for a carousel post! I love scrolling through my feed and seeing what people are up to, what country they are in, how their week has been. I also love watching reels — especially the food or fashion-related ones!

I love the team bond we have at Make Me Social. Teamwork is so important to be successful. We trust each other and rely on each other in times of need. Make Me Social wouldn’t be the same without our amazing team.

A fun fact about the social media industry is how quickly trends can change. What’s popular one day can be completely outdated the next, which keeps things exciting and fast-paced. It means we’re always staying ahead, learning new tools, and adapting to fresh ways of connecting with audiences.
